Hungary, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Brazil and Vietnam. Himile has cooperated
deeply with over 20 Fortune 500 enterprises such as GE, Siemens, Michelin,
Bridgestone, Continental, with products involving tire mold, high-end mechanical
parts, oil and gas equipment, chemical equipment, precision forging, etc.
Himile has become the global tire mold R&D
and manufacturing base with annual yield of various tire molds 20,000 sets, and
has established business relationship with 66 companies among the top 75 global
tire manufacturers. The tire mold export amount occupied over 90% in the
similar products of domestic. Himile is also the most influential manufacturer
of high-end mechanical parts, with products covering fields like wind power,
gas turbine, engineering equipment, rail transit, etc., providing one-stop
services including design and analysis, casting, welding, machining and
assembling. Oil and gas equipment mainly provides vessel, skid package, subsea
drilling fabrication parts for drilling, oil and gas treatment, refining and
other fields. Himile has self-developed continuous flow chemical equipment,
gradually developed products such as continuous flow micro-channel reactor and
continuous flow tube type reactor, opening a new era with “more efficient,
safe, and green” micro-chemical that China’s chemical industry has dreamed of;
successfully developed efficient and energy-saving spiral tube type heat
exchanger, anti-corrosion SiC heat exchanger.
The company has 14 scientific
research and innovation platforms above the provincial level, including the
National Enterprise Technology Center and Academician Workstations. It is one
of the first batch of National Demonstration Enterprises for Single Champion in
Manufacturing, National Demonstration enterprises for Intellectual Property,
National "Quality Benchmarks", and National Demonstration Enterprises
for Technological Innovation by the Ministry of Industry and Information
Technology. Himile is awarded National
